Who We Are

5rt Is Here to Transform the Way Malaysian Players Enjoy Online Gaming

Story 5rt started from a simple observation — many Malaysian players were dissatisfied with the gaming platforms available. Whether it was slow payouts, confusing interfaces, or unresponsive customer support, these issues became the driving force behind the founding of 5rt.

We started this journey with a small team sharing one vision: to build a platform that players actually want to use — not just one they can use. Every design decision, every game provider selection, and every payout policy we set is grounded in real feedback from the Malaysian player community.

Today, 5rt has grown into one of the most popular online gaming platforms in Malaysia. With over 500,000 registered members and steady growth month after month, we are proud of the trust our player community has placed in us.

But we don't stop there. The 5rt is always working behind the scenes to ensure your gaming experience keeps getting better — from game speed and transaction security to the ever-growing variety of entertainment options we offer.

Fully Licensed and Regulated — 5rt operates under a licence issued by a recognised international regulatory body. Every aspect of our operations, from fund management to game fairness, is subject to rigorous periodic audits.

Latest Encryption Technology — Your personal data and financial transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. We use financial-institution-grade security infrastructure to ensure your privacy is always safeguarded.

Active Player Community — More than half of all new members 5rt joined our platform on the recommendation of a friend or family member. This is clear proof that player satisfaction is at the core of everything we do.

Core Values That Shape Every Decision at 5rt

A platform is only as good as the values behind it. At 5rt, we don't just talk about values — we build the systems, policies, and work culture that hold us accountable to those values at all times.

Responsible Gaming

5rt Puts Player Well-Being Above Profit

From day one, 5rt firmly believes that online gaming should be a source of entertainment — not stress or financial hardship. This stance is not just a marketing slogan; it is reflected in every operational decision we make.

We invest heavily in early problem gambling detection systems. When our system detects potentially concerning play patterns — such as a sudden sharp increase in wagering or excessive play time — our team proactively reaches out to the player concerned to offer support.

Self-exclusion tools at 5rt among the most comprehensive in the industry. Players can set deposit limits, loss limits, play time limits, and cool-off periods — all easily from the account page, taking effect immediately once activated.

We believe players who play in control are happier and more loyal players. The long-term success of 5rt depends on a healthy player community — and we will not compromise this principle for short-term gains.
